OUR STORY

How it all began

Food plays a central role in celebrations, family traditions, and community. Two friends, who bonded over food, discovered a mutual desire for incorporating diverse foods into their diets that offered numerous health benefits. Sharing and celebrating their discoveries was the beginning of Felicia and Dion’s journey for discovering products offering nutritional variety, reduced risk of chronic disease, increased energy levels, cultural appreciation, and culinary enjoyment. From this mutual desire, F&D Premium Gourmet Products was created to share our discoveries with others.
